Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you work with DenovaX.
Each project's scope is defined in the accepted quote or Offer Builder summary. Work outside that scope is treated as additional and quoted separately before starting.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any source files or access needed to complete the work.
Delivery dates and revision allowances are stated in your quote or selected package, as described in our Payment & Refund Policy and Working with DenovaX policy pages.
Payment terms, methods, and deposit requirements are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy page and confirmed in your final quote.
Final deliverables are released on receipt of final payment, and ownership of paid-for deliverables transfers to the client at that point. DenovaX may retain copies of completed work for portfolio and quality-record purposes, and will discuss with the client before using any project publicly.
Client information is handled confidentially, as described in our Privacy Policy and Working with DenovaX policy pages.
Either party may cancel a project in writing. Work completed at the time of cancellation is payable; unstarted work is refunded in full, per the Payment & Refund Policy.
