Payment & Refund Policy
How payments, deposits, and refunds work at DenovaX.
Payment Timing
Most projects follow a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery structure. Package-based and custom offers may use a different split, which is confirmed in writing before work begins. Final deliverables are released on receipt of final payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
PayPal, Payoneer, and bank transfer. The specific method and any deposit arrangements are confirmed in your final quote.
Refunds
- Work completed at the time of cancellation is payable.
- Any unstarted portion of the project is refunded in full.
- Partially completed work is assessed and refunded proportionally where applicable.
Project Pause or Cancellation
If a client pauses or cancels a project, DenovaX will confirm in writing what has been completed, what is owed or refundable, and hand over any finished deliverables.
Revisions
Revision scope is tied to the accepted quote or package, not to this policy — see the Working with DenovaX policy page for how revisions are determined.
