Payment
50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Custom offers are quoted before work begins. Final deliverables are released on receipt of final payment.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Payoneer, and bank transfer. Payment requirements and any deposit arrangements are confirmed in the final quote before work begins.
Turnaround
Delivery timelines are agreed before work begins and stated in your quote or selected package. Rush delivery is subject to availability.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in the accepted quote or package. Package-specific allowances take precedence over this general policy.
Cancellations
Either party may cancel in writing. Work completed at the time of cancellation is payable; unstarted work is refunded in full.
Confidentiality
We handle client information confidentially. Access by approved collaborators or third-party tools is discussed with the client before use.
