What information DenovaX collects and how it's used.
DenovaX collects information you provide directly — through WhatsApp, email, or the Offer Builder — such as your name, email address, project details, and files you share for a project. If you apply to join the team, we also receive the profile or CV you send us by email.
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To deliver, manage, and communicate about a project
- To process payments through the payment provider you choose
DenovaX may use third-party tools for communication (such as WhatsApp or email) and payment processing (such as PayPal or Payoneer). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Use of any additional third-party tool for a specific project is discussed with the client beforehand.
Client information and project files are kept only as long as needed to deliver the project and meet basic business record-keeping needs. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing contact@denovax.online.
